June 1, 2019 was a day that forever changed our lives and how we view life. Our son, Jared Holt passed away after a tragic car accident. Since that day we have tried to live life with intention and purpose.

As life continued, God led me to leave a job of 17 years and a career of 36 years as a Medical Technologist to begin a vintage and antique business. First as a booth owner and now as a store owner helping others with their small businesses. In striving to live out our purpose, Sweet Beaux Mercantile was born. Beaux was our son's beloved black lab who became our beloved black lab. We lost Beaux February 14th 2023. Through our loss we have taken it one step, one day at a time.

Jared used to say, "it's all about the experience Mama.".
